Molly is learning to live life in the midst of all the joy that two little boys entails. I know things will change as she gets older and becomes more sensitive to noise, but for now, Molly sleeps whenever and wherever she can and no one is told to "keep it down" or "be quiet" on her account.
In fact, while Matthew is sleeping our room during his naps (we definitely wanted to take care not to make him feel displaced), and since Michael still takes quiet playtime in his room each day, Molly sleeps in her portable bed....on the table....while little boys dance around the room with helicopters....and isn't bothered a bit!

Big Brother
Matthew is also doing a great job being a big brother. I can tell he is still struggling a little but he takes that out on me. It's really minor and maybe it has less to do with the baby and more to do that he is two and still wrestling with all that entails. It's funny, Matthew is such a gentle little peacemaker and so affectionate that by any standards, he is handling his twos exceptionally well.
He loves the baby. Loves her. When I offered that he hold her, he flew onto the couch. Anytime I sit down with Molly, he runs up and gives her a little dog the boys picked out for her. He loves to kiss her and he smiles affectionately at her when he sees her. He's such a good boy!

Father and Daughter
Michael had Molly absolutely captivated last night. He was singing to her and walking around and she just stared and stared at him.. It was so sweet!

Three Barbers
Here are some of today's photos from our three kiddos:
Matthew just got up from a nap and looked so cute and rumpled, I had to grab a shot. Fortunately, 9 times out of 10, he still wakes up with a perfectly cheery disposition despite looking a little worse for wear :)
I caught the Little Miss in a rare moment of open eye-ness. She is a cutie, a sweetie, and really a good napper in her bed. However, I couldn't resist a few fantastic naps with her passed out on my chest. Ah...I love this stage!
Michael jumped at the opportunity to be the big brother. Not only did he pick out her clothes for the day, but when I offered for him to hold her, he really enjoyed the chance to smother her with kisses. The boys have both been positively exceptional big brothers!

Day two!
When I have my computer, I'll be better at blogging more narrative, but for now, here are a couple of pictures for the day......there are others but they are on my big camera. Here are the kids together. Michael and Matthew were so good and so sweet and somehow Molly knew to buy the boys helicopters!
