On the Move

Matthew is not yet crawling, but that doesn't keep him from moving.

For a few weeks, he has mastered the art of rolling, wiggling, and "carpet swimming" to get where he wants to go, usually wherever Michael is, but also to forbidden items such as cords, and unusually, shoes. I catch him going after more shoes than a puppy dog. It's really kind of gross, but I just keep forgetting to take my shoes off in a more hard-to-reach place and he ends up finding them.

I am excited to see him crawling...it may not be for a while, but he is starting to rock a little on his knees, so we'll see. In the meantime, it's fun to see him work to get where he wants to go!
