In a Hurricane

We took the boys to a Children's Museum and they had a chamber that allows you to feel the same kind of wind that is produced in a hurricane.

We thought the boys would like it because it would make their capes fly...and boy did they fly!

Matthew didn't seem to know what to think of it, but he seemed excited by the end and even wanted to go again.

Looked like fun!

Mirror Image

Michael was scrawling on his drawing board.  It seemed pretty clear that he was attempting to write his name.  

Usually he is good at writing his name, so that it was pretty indistinguishable surprised me.  

But what amused me was that I held it up to a mirror and it seemed much clearer!

Of course, Michael has no concept of mirror images. I just think he was writing backwards for whatever reason, either accidentally or just to do it.  But it amused me!

On Hiatus

I'm going to be on hiatus on this blog for a couple of days.

There is someone I'm offering prayers for in a particular way, and though the boys are still up to their antics, it will better suit the mood of things to wait a few days before posting them.

Posting will resume later on this week and in the mean time, please pray for a special intention.
